Solid Surface

Introduced to the market over 25 years ago by DuPont, there are now many different colors and materials used to create a solid surface countertop. Integrated or seamless sink installation, stain resistance and reparability are key product features that make solid surface materials so beneficial.

Color in solid surface products runs through the material. This along with commercial adhesives allows for creativity in fabrication and design. Seams and repairs are almost imperceptible.

Typically cleaned with household soap or mild cleansers; burn marks, severe stains, deeper cuts and scratches can be removed with Scotchbrite pads of various grits. Larger problem areas should be addressed by certified fabricators.

For a large spectrum of colors, seamless integrated sinks and easy reparability, solid surface materials are a great choice.
